CALL FOR PAPERS: Deadline March 16

Submitted talks will be presented on Saturday, with each talk to be scheduled for a total of 15 minutes. Speakers will be expected to complete their talks in less than 12 minutes, in order to allow time for feedback and questions.

Posters must be no more than 42 inches wide. Poster presenters should set up their work on Friday afternoon or evening for informal viewing throughout the weekend. There will be a dedicated poster session on Saturday afternoon.

In order to finalize plans for the meeting, we need to receive author and presentation titles from each participant by March 16. Please fill in the appropriate information on the Presentation Registration Form


ONLINE HOUSING REGISTRATION

You must register by March 16.

Cancellations must be made in writing no later than 3 days prior to arrival for refund (less a $20 cancellation fee). Unless cancellations are received before TBA you will be subject to full charges for reserved meals and lodging.



MEETING FORMAT

FRIDAY
The meeting opens Friday evening, April 3th with a reception and dinner in Swope. The Grass Foundation Lecture at 8:00 PM will be followed by a reception.

SATURDAY
Submitted talks begin immediately after breakfast on Saturday morning. Part of Saturday afternoon will be dedicated to poster presentations. Dinner will be followed by the traditional ECNN Saturday night party.

SUNDAY
Following breakfast on Sunday will be a symposium on "Quantitative Approaches to Neuroethology".
